LEINUOSEN makes the small things a room runs out of. Not the furniture and not the appliance: the tags, the clips, the combs, the paper flowers, the hooks that hold a season together and then get put away. Things nobody photographs and everybody needs, sold in the quantity the job actually takes.
Ask how many, not how much. The answer to the first tells you the answer to the second.
We make 781 products across 14 departments, and we go deliberately wide. Party and celebration supplies, seasonal decorations, office and classroom stock, craft and sewing pieces, storage bins, wall frames, kitchen and serving, garden stakes, hair tools, and the household oddments that belong to no particular room.
441 of those products state a pack count, and the largest of them holds 3,000 pieces. That number is not showing off. It is what a classroom, a market stall or a wedding actually gets through, and it is the reason a LEINUOSEN pack is priced by what one piece costs rather than by what the bag costs.
One shape, a drawer full of colours
Most of what we make exists as a single design repeated across a colour run. Twenty fabric flowers in twenty shades. Forty-eight combs in seven. Thirty-six clips in a dozen. That is a deliberate habit: a set that matches is worth more than a set that nearly matches, and a colour you can point at is worth more than a colour named in a catalogue.
It also changes how you should read a review here. A rating belongs to the whole colour family, because that is the group the writer was buying from, so every quotation on these pages names the exact variant its author chose.
What a count promises, and what it does not
A stated count is a promise anyone can check with ten minutes and a table, and that is exactly why we state it. What it does not promise is that a bigger bag is always the better buy. Six hundred of something is cheaper per piece and it is still six hundred objects that need a shelf. When you need forty, buy forty.
What we will not tell you
There is no workshop story on this site, no account of test batches, nothing about the hands behind these things. We have no verified version of any of it to give you, and a comfortable story is still a story.
What you get instead: every figure belongs to that exact product and to no other, and prices carry the day we last refreshed them.
An item with no buyable price steps out of the range until it returns, and a rating appears only where a real one exists. Where a specification is silent, so is the page.

Twine smells like gasoline
The actual tags are great. They are thick and sturdy. The twine however had a strong chemical smell so I could not use them. I thought they might be better after airing out, but they never did, so I tossed them and just used tape on the backs of the tags to secure them.

For at home use it would probably be just fine but they aren’t great for every day salon use. Between june and november all 12 are now broken, completely snapped in half while using — meanwhile I have combs that have lasted me 5+ years behind the chair. Safety
Small parts, and the rules that actually apply
A large part of this catalogue is small objects in rooms with children in them. Two federal rules govern that, they are narrower than people assume, and almost nobody selling this category explains either.

The small parts rule is a physical test
Part 1501 of the federal regulations applies to toys and other articles intended for use by children under three. The test is not a judgement: an article fails if it fits entirely inside the Commission's test cylinder in any orientation, and any part that detaches is tested the same way.
That last clause is the one that catches people. A large object with a small removable piece is judged on the small piece.

What the rule specifically exempts
The exemption list is short and useful: balloons, articles made of paper, writing materials such as crayons, chalk, pencils and pens, grooming items such as barrettes, modelling clay, and paint sets. That covers a good part of our 110 office and school products.
An exemption from the small parts rule is not a statement that something is safe for a small child. It means that particular test does not apply.
Balloons and small balls have their own rule
Balloons are exempt above and then covered separately, because the hazard is different: a burst balloon is not a small part, it is a thin film. Section 1500.19 defines a latex balloon as a toy or decorative item consisting of a latex bag designed to be inflated, and excludes aquatic items such as swim rings.
A small ball is defined by measurement rather than by opinion: one that passes, under its own weight and in any orientation, entirely through a circular hole 1.75 inches across in a rigid template a quarter of an inch thick.
Where a cautionary statement is required, the rule sets the words: WARNING or SAFETY WARNING as the signal, CHOKING HAZARD as the statement of the principal hazard, on a solid background.

Buying in quantity
What bulk is good for, and what it costs you
A pack of six hundred is cheaper per piece and it is still six hundred things you have to put somewhere. Both halves of that are worth saying out loud.
The per-piece price falls fast, then stops
Across the range the cheapest per piece works out at $0.01, and it is almost always the largest pack. The saving is real between a small pack and a medium one, and much smaller between medium and enormous.
Storage is the hidden cost
A pack of six hundred is still six hundred things. Before ordering the biggest box, decide where it lives when it is half used, because that is the state it spends most of its life in.
Split an order rather than an item
Craft groups, classrooms and neighbours split large packs well. It is the cheapest way to buy the big count without owning the big box.
Buy the tightest fit for one-off jobs
A wedding needs the number of guests, not a lifetime supply. Our pack tool shows both the best value and the smallest pack that still covers the job.
Colours do not always split evenly
A multicolour pack states the total, not the split. If you need forty of one colour, a single-colour pack is the safer buy.
Check the piece size, not just the count
Two packs of one hundred can be very different objects. Where a maker publishes a size it stands on the product page, and where it does not we say nothing.
How we describe things
What a pack count tells you, and what it does not
The count is the most useful number we publish and the easiest to over-read. Here is exactly what it means on our pages.
The count is the total in the pack
Not the number of designs, not the number of sheets. Where a product is 200 stickers on 8 sheets we publish the 200 and mention the sheets.
It does not promise an even split
A pack of twelve colours rarely divides evenly by colour, and a multicolour pack never guarantees how many of each you get.
It comes from the title, not from us
We read the count out of the manufacturer's own product title and print it. We do not count anything ourselves and we do not round.
340 products state no count
Those are single items or products whose description never gives a number. Their pages carry no count rather than an invented one.
Per piece is our arithmetic
The per-piece figure on a card is our own division of our own price by the published count. It moves when the price moves.
Sizes are per piece, not per pack
Where a dimension is published it describes one item. A pack of one hundred 2 inch tags is one hundred tags, each 2 inches.

The questions that actually stop people, answered from what the range states
Is LEINUOSEN a real brand, or a page in the middle?
LEINUOSEN makes the small things a room runs out of, and this site is its catalogue: 781 lines across 14 departments, each carrying the count, the material and the price the product itself states. We are not a checkout. Ordering, payment, delivery and returns happen with the retail partner, and the disclosure at the foot of every page says so.
Where does the parcel come from, and how quickly?
The parcel is dispatched by the retail partner you order from, so the delivery estimate at checkout is theirs and it is the one that counts. We do not print a shipping time here, because it would be somebody else's promise repeated at second hand. What we can tell you is exactly what is in the pack before it arrives.
How do returns work, and how long do I have?
Returns go back to the shop that took the order. That shop sets the window, the postage and the condition rules, and they differ by country and by who ships the parcel. We print no number for it on this site: a figure we cannot honour is worse than an empty space.
How do I know the pack holds what it says?
The count is the first thing on every card, taken from what the product states: 441 of our 781 lines carry one, up to 3,000 pieces. Where a line states nothing, the row stays empty. We work the per-piece price beside it out from that count and the current price, so a big pack weighs easily against a small one.
Are the ratings real, and whose are they?
They are real and they are per product, never one score for the shop. 751 of 781 lines show a rating; a line with nothing collected shows no stars rather than a zero. A rating belongs to a whole family of variations, because that is how the range keeps the pool, so the same figure appears on every colour of one line.
Which size or colour should I pick?
Every card carries the measurements the product states, in the unit you would shop with, and the colour name comes from the product rather than from our own guess at the shade. Where a line exists in several colours, the photographs are per colour, so what you see is the one you are buying. If a measurement is missing from a card, it is missing from the product page too, and we would rather show the gap.
What if something arrives short or broken?
Raise it with the retail partner who shipped it: they hold the order and the money, and a short count or a damaged pack is theirs to settle. We issue no warranty of our own and will not imply one. Questions about the products themselves reach a person at the address on our contact page.

What our numbers do and do not promise
Where the numbers on this site come from
Every pack count, size, material and colour belongs to that exact item and comes from its own specification, never from a similar product in the same department. Where a specification is silent, so are we, and we leave the line off rather than guess it. That is why one product shows a weight and the next does not.
Every price here carries the day we last refreshed it, 31 August 2026, printed where you can see it rather than buried in small print. When an item loses its buyable price it steps out of the range until it comes back: a figure from a fortnight ago is worse than an honest gap.
What we do not publish
No invented reviews and no trimmed ones. Where a product page carries customer reviews, we print them word for word, low scores included. A page without them means we have none collected for that product yet, not that none exist. We show star ratings where a product has one, on 751 of the 781 in the range. The other 30 show nothing at all rather than a zero or an empty row of stars.
No warranty period of our own, no delivery promise and no stock figure. Ordering, payment, delivery and returns all happen at checkout, wherever you place the order, so those are not ours to state.
Nothing about workshops, test batches or the hands behind these goods. We have no verified account of any of it, and a comfortable story is still a story. Where the answer is that we do not know, the page prints exactly that.
